Services

Complete property care, start to finish

Everything below is available to both residential and commercial customers across Genesee County. Pricing is set after a free in-person visit — never before.

Weekly & Bi-Weekly Lawn Mowing

The backbone of a well-kept property. We mow on a fixed weekly or bi-weekly rotation so your lawn never gets away from you, adjusting cut height through the season to keep turf healthy in Michigan's swing from wet spring to dry August. Same crew, same day, every visit.

April through October

What’s included

  • Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled service
  • Cut height adjusted by season and grass type
  • Alternating mow patterns to prevent rutting and soil compaction
  • Clippings dispersed evenly, or bagged on request
  • Hard surfaces blown clean before we leave

Trimming & Edging

A crisp edge is the single clearest signal that a property is professionally cared for. We string-trim everything a mower can't reach and cut clean, deliberate lines along every driveway, walkway, and bed border — then blow the surfaces clean so nothing is tracked inside.

April through October

What’s included

  • String trimming around trees, posts, fences, and foundations
  • Hard edging along driveways, sidewalks, and curbs
  • Defined natural edges on landscape beds
  • Full cleanup of clippings from all hard surfaces

Mulching & Flower Bed Maintenance

Mulch does real work — it holds soil moisture through August, moderates root temperature, and suppresses weeds before they start. We pull existing weeds, re-cut the bed edges, and lay mulch at a depth that actually performs rather than just looking good the first week.

April through September

What’s included

  • Full weeding and debris removal before mulch goes down
  • Bed edges re-cut to a clean, defined line
  • Hardwood or dyed mulch laid at proper depth
  • Careful work around existing plantings and irrigation
  • In-season bed touch-ups available on any maintenance schedule

Leaf Removal & Seasonal Cleanups

Genesee County drops a lot of leaves, and matted wet leaves left over winter will smother turf and invite snow mold. Our fall cleanups clear the property down to the grass. In spring we do the reverse — clearing winter debris, cutting back perennials, and getting beds ready for the season.

March through May, and October through December

What’s included

  • Full leaf removal from lawn, beds, and hard surfaces
  • Debris hauled away — nothing left piled at the curb
  • Spring cutback of perennials and ornamental grasses
  • Bed cleanout and edge redefinition
  • Gutter-line and foundation debris clearing

What we don't offer yet

We don't currently do aeration or overseeding. We'd rather do a focused set of services properly than take on work we're not fully equipped for. It's on the list as we grow, and we'll say so right here when that changes.

Ready for a lawn you don't have to think about?

Tell us about your property and we'll come take a look. The estimate is free, in person, and there's no obligation to book.
